Welcome to Chabot’s Spring Auction web page. Please be sure to check the Broadcast and Chabot Facebook page as well, where we will also post updates.

Chabot’s annual Spring Auction is a schoolwide effort that is the Chabot PTA’s biggest and most important spring fundraiser. Our goal in 2017 is to raise more than $160,000 to continue supporting our dynamic enrichment programs — music, science, art, technology, library, the garden, and Kindergarten Spanish — and other vital student services not paid for by OUSD.

The Online Auction will be held from March 15th – March 22nd and is open to Chabot families, friends, and neighbors. Through the generous donations of the community, our Online Auction features food and grocery gift cards, retail and restaurant gift certificates, services, parties, summer camps, activities for kids, lessons & tutoring, and more! Items range in price, allowing everyone to participate at a level that is comfortable.

The Spring Gala will be held Saturday, March 25th at the Greek Ascension Community Center in Oakland from 5:30 to 10:30 pm. Guests will have plenty of time for mingling during cocktails and the Silent Auction, followed by a seated dinner during the Live Auction. Raffle winners for the PUBLIC Bike and Instant Wine Cellar will be announced at the Gala. Raffle tickets will be sold at the end of February (you need not be present to win). By popular request, we will close the night with dancing!

We need all physical donations by Friday, February 24. Use our convenient online donation form or drop off your donation in the donation box located in the office (please no donations of wine to this box — alcohol is prohibited on campus).
