New and returning families, please come to our Registration event: Friday August 9, 1:30-6pm in the Multipurpose Room.
Take care of Back to School tasks:
- Complete the Data Confirmation on Aeries Parent Portal (complete on your phone or computer at any time before Aug. 12)
- Turn in Walking Field Trip Permission Form & Disaster Release Form (download here, print and turn in, or fill out on-site)
- Find out your child’s teacher for the new school year (only after turning in forms described above).
- Fingerprinting available (3-6pm, $44 fee) – If you plan to volunteer in the classroom or chaperone a field trip, you will need to be cleared as a volunteer by the Oakland Ed Fund – BEFORE you get fingerprinted. Full application process includes a background check, recent (within 6 months) TB test, and online mandated reporter training.
