Come one, come all! Chabot students and their families are cordially invited to grab a picnic blanket and some sports gear and join us for Purple & Gold Day on Saturday, June 3, from 11 am to 2 pm in the Upper Field at Chabot. Bring the whole family for a day of outdoor fun, music, food and free-form games. The Chabot Dads’ Club will be serving pulled pork sandwiches and hot dogs. Families are also asked to bring a small potluck item to share:
- Kindergarten to 3rd grade: side dishes
- 4th & 5th grade: dessert
We will have a supply of bottled water, but we encourage you to bring your own water in reusable containers for all family members to cut down on plastic waste going to the landfill. Anyone interested in helping with the food prep, grilling, etc., contact Andy Singer.
We also need for volunteers to sell T-shirts that day. If you can help from 10:45am-12:30 pm or 12:15-2pm, please sign up here.
