Thank you to everyone who has already purchased their tickets to Eat, Drink and Be Cherry at the Chabot Spring Auction Gala on March 17th at the Greek Ascension Community Center.
As you may remember, our PTA has given us an ambitious fundraising goal of $175,000! This money is vital to keep our many enrichment programs going, to pay salaries and to cover the OUSD budget cuts from late 2017. How are we going to do this? We all need to participate in the auction.
Tickets to the gala are NOT available at the door, so please make sure you purchase your tickets online today. Remember, you have to create a new account every year with our ticket system, so don’t try to use your username and password from last year’s auction. To buy individual tickets, select “Buy Tickets” and to purchase a Table for 10, select ”Buy Sponsorships.”
The doors open at 5:30pm. Guests will have plenty of time for drinking signature cocktails and taking fun photos in our Tomfoolery photobooth. The Live Auction and seated dinner will follow. This year we will again close the night with dancing so bring your dancing shoes! Dress up or dress down, whatever gets you in the mood for some BIG FUN at our fundraiser!
