Because of all of the hard work of our Farmer’s Market staff and volunteers, and to all of you that shop at the market, it generated enough revenue to make a significant contribution back to Chabot.
Thanks to their support, we are having Emma Bland Smith, a local children’s author, at our upcoming Family Reading Night.
We hope you’ll join us Wednesday, April 26, 6:30-8:00 pm in the Chabot Library for this not-to-be-missed event!
The author will read from her book, Journey: Based on the True Story of Or7, the Most Famous Wolf in the West, sign copies of her book and answer questions. You can also buy copies of her book that evening.
This event is a fun way to boost your Read-a-thon minutes, as time spent at Family Reading Night earns double Read-a-thon credits. Don’t forget to bring your reading log!
