Kids’ Night Out

Kids’ Night Out is a fun and popular monthly fundraising and community building event. Once a month, on Friday, we provide pizza, healthy snacks and a movie for the children, while you enjoy night out without kids. Both, kids and adults, have a fun evening and PTA raises money for our important Enrichment Programs. Projected attendance per event is between 90 and 110.

The admission is $12 per child, $8 for additional siblings; however, no child is turned away for the lack of pay. The event is held in the Multipurpose room from 6 pm to 8:30 pm. You will receive the forms in your child’s backpack a week before the event. The completed forms and the payment should be dropped in the envelope inside the office no later than Wednesday, two days before the event. This is a first come, fist serve event and it fills up quickly, so make sure that you drop of your forms ASAP. Please keep in mind that we may fill up before Wednesday, and at that point we will have to stop accepting forms.

Each KNO will be announced in the Chabot Broadcast week before and week of the event. You will also get a reminder through your room parents.

If you have a child preK age, you must be present; we can not take younger siblings without a parent. If you are volunteering please note that volunteers are expected to arrive at 5:30 to help with the set up. We have a wonderful group of dedicated volunteers who make the event fun and look forward to welcoming new volunteers.

Please let us know if your child has food allergies or any other special needs we need to accommodate or be aware of.

An adult must sign the child in, and provide us with the phone number is case we need to reach you. If a different adult will pick up the child, we will need her/his name too. Do not leave your child with us before 6pm. We can not offer childcare before 6pm.
Please send a sleeping bag or a blanket with your child, and you can also let them wear their pajamas. Do not send any valuables with your child.
