Please join us as we welcome Allison Briscoe-Smith, a clinical psychologist who specializes in young children, trauma, and race on how to talk to kids about race in today’s world.
This is a continuation of the prior work and conversations we have been having about talking about race with our children. Specifically, we will be talking about questions or concerns that might be coming up in the context of our political climate.
Please bring your questions and insights to share.
Parents, teachers, and caregivers will come away with an understanding of basic developmental awareness of children in regards to race and how to support our children’s learning and thinking about race.
